SEAFOOD RICE

INGREDIENTS:

  • A bag (500 g)of mixed seafood, Lanaras
  • 500 g parboiled rice
  • 100 g peas, Lanaras
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot cut into round slices
  • 1/3 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 800 ml water
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Pour the oil in a pot and sauté the onion and carrot over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the peas, rice and mixed seafood except for the crab meat. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add wine and simmer for 2 minutes. Add water, salt and pepper and cook until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed (approx. 30 minutes). Remove the pan from the heat, add the crab meat and serve.
