CUTTLEFISH WITH SPINACH

INGREDIENTS:

  • A bag (800 g) of cuttlefish, Lanaras
  • A bag (1 kg) of spinach, Lanaras
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/3 bunch of dill, finely chopped
  • 200 g grated tomato
  • 2-3 laurel leaves
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Defrost the cuttlefish and cut in pieces of your preference. Pour the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato, garlic, spring onion, dill, spinach and cuttlefish. Season and cook for 45 minutes.
Tip: This recipe requires almost no water because the spinach and cuttlefish release liquids.
