- 1 package (1 Kg) of anchovies, Lanaras
- 1L sunflower oil for frying
- 500 g all purpose flour
- 300 g yellow flour from hard wheat
Mix the two flowers and salt in a bowl. Defrost the anchovies and clean them if you wish (remove the head and guts). Heat the sunflower oil in a pan. Coat the anchovies with flower and fry until golden crispy.
