BLUE SHARK IN THE OVEN

ΒΑΘΜΟΣ ΔΥΣΚΟΛΙΑΣ: ΜΕΤΡΙΟΣ
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package (800 g) of Blue Shark in slices, Lanaras
- 2-3 potatoes cut into round slices
- 2-3 onion cut into round slices
- Juice from one lemon
- 150 ml olive oil
- A little oregano, rosemary
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Spread the potatoes and onion in a baking pan, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little oregano and rosemary. Toss well and place the ingredients in a single layer. Add a little water and bake for 20 minutes. When the potatoes are tender, place the defrosted fish on top of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little oregano and rosemary and bake for a further 20 minutes.
